BIO

Micah is an Irish trained singer-songwriter  who studied commercial modern music at BIMM Dublin, Ireland.  Before and after her time in BIMM she continually worked on her songwriting and stage craft. 

During 2012-2013 she was a songwriter from various bands and worked as vocalist on two Eurovision Song Contest entries.In 2014 Micah joined girl group Rouges. Drawing influences from artists such as Aretha Franklin, Alicia Keys and the Sapphires. Rouges reached no.4 in the iTunes Charts with their EP ‘Lift Me Up’ and supporting The Saturdays at the Bord Gáis Theatre.

 

After her stint in Rouges, Micah went stateside training and working with producers and artists across the Atlantic. She continued to work between Ireland and America. In 2017 she released her first track a collaboration with AWAL/Kobalt signed producer Leo Dynamic1 called 'Baby, Baby', it gained airplay worldwide and locally. This was subsequently followed up with 'Run and Hide' and her first solo outing 'Forever' in 2019. This song gained major buzz and airplay, even superstar John Gibbons endorsing the track on his Power100 show. Her newest release 'Invisible Fire' which came out on 20.11.2020 is already gaining international radio play along with racing to over 10k streams. 

 

Micah is also the lead female singer of Route66 Big Band, cover band Micah, backing vocalist for various artists and a session singer. She tours all over  performing at bars, corporate events and wedding ceremonies. She also has graced the stage of prestigious events such as the Rose of Tralee in 2017 and 2019.
